Tasting Notes

Light yellow in colour with hints of lime green. The nose shows dusty ripe tropical characteristics. Ripe apple and pineapple flavours follow on the palate, along with good mouthfeel and length in finish.

Description: The grapes were crushed and destemmed. The juice was immediately pressed and cold settled for 2 days at 12ºC, where after it was inoculated. After fermentation the wine was left on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Wood aging: 14% fermentation in 2nd fill barrel
