Tasting NotesThe wine shows rich, ripe, clean red berry and blue berry fruit along with truffle perfume on the nose. The palate is elegantly structured, showing black cherry fruit, with a fine integrated structure balanced by wood which was in contact with the wine for only seven months. Although restrained now will reward well with a couple of years of bottle maturation. |

| Description: | On receiving the grapes it was cold soaked for 3 days at 12 ºC before fermentation to extract as much fruit as possible. Duration of fermentation was 7 days. It was pumped over 3 times per day for optimum colour and tannin extraction. When fermented dry it was pressed into stainless steel tanks. |
