Dark plum coloured. Leather, coriander, cloves and fruit cake on the nose.
Silver Myn Petit Verdot 2005 has a huge intensity on the pallet, showing dark plum and prune fruit with a finish that lasts forever.

Fermentation lasted for 10 days. It was punched down twice a day for optimum colour and tannin extraction. When fermented dry it was pressed into stainless steel tanks.
