TASTING NOTES
Zorgvliet Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 has a plum, brick red colour. The nose typifies Banhoek Cabernet Sauvignon, showing black current, herbaceous mintiness and cloves. This wine has massive structure and shows balance, integration and elegance. This is a world class example of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Banghoek Valley and embodies the unique terroir of this valley. This maiden release of Zorgvliet Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the estate’s flagship wines.
