The Zorgvliet Richelle 2004 is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20 % Petit Verdot, and equal parts, 10 % Merlot, 10 % Cabernet Franc, 10 % Malbec. The wine spent 20 months in French and Russian Oak, with the first 12 months being spent as individual components, then blended and remaining in wood for a further 8 months with no rackings. |
