ZORGVLIET SHIRAZ 2003
TASTING NOTES
The nose shows ripe mulberry, violet and floral notes that are integrated with mocha flavours. The nose follows through on the palate with a refreshing acidity and roasted coffee beans and chocolate on the finish. Zorgvliet Shiraz 2003 comes from coffee stone soil on the valley floor of the Banghoek Valley and is unique to its soil type and origin. This maiden release of Zorgvliet Shiraz is one of the estate’s flagship wines.

Description:
The juice was cold soaked for 7 days at 16ºC for optimum fruit and colour extraction. When fermented dry it was pressed into stainless steel tanks.
